300 Hour Training

Welcome to a journey of profound transformation. This 300-hour yoga teacher training is designed to elevate your practice, taking you beyond the physical asanas and into the deeper realms of yogic philosophy, subtle body awareness, and advanced teaching methodologies. We are committed to enhance your education with a comprehensive curriculum that blends traditional wisdom with contemporary understanding, empowering you to become a knowledgeable and compassionate guide. More than just a training, this is an invitation to join a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, where you'll find support, inspiration, and lasting connections as you deepen your own path and prepare to share the gifts of yoga with the world.

  • Each student enrolling in Sacred Roots 300 hour TT must have completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training. It is highly recommended that the student has some teaching experience.

  • The application process includes the following steps:

    1) Submission of your application.

    2) Confirmation of receipt and a follow-up call/text from Kelly to answer your questions.

    3) Review of your application. Please be aware that application does not guarantee enrollment.

Applications are open until July 11, 2025, and acceptance notifications will be sent by the end of July.

  • It is recommended that students do all they can to attend each weekend. In some cases, students may be able to join via Zoom or Facetime if they are ill, or extenuating circumstances arise. If absences start to feel excessive, the student may be asked to leave the program.

  • $3750.

A $750 deposit is required to enroll. We offer convenient payment plans: 10 monthly payments of $300, aligning with our 10-month program.

  • Students will be required to practice outside of our time together. Due to the independent nature of Sacred Roots and The Studio, full Studio membership is not included in the program.

However, we are delighted to provide all enrolled students with access to student pricing benefits, both during and after the training.
